Delivery

 

1.     Your items will be dispatched within approximately 5 days of placing your orders up to A3 prints and 10-14 days for sizes A2 and above to the person named on the Order Form. If you require Express Shipping or have any special order requests please be sure to let us know when placing your order.

Within Australia: Free shipping Regular Postage or free pick-up on the Central Coast, NSW.

Outside of Australia: Shipping will be calculated on checkout (we ship using Australia Regular Post)

If you require your order in a hurry please contact us via the contact page to arrange Express Delivery.

2.    Your goods are dispatched in appropriate packaging, by Australia Post or Office works to the address provided to us during checkout. Please email us if you require any special delivery. Although we dispatch products within 10 days of order, Australia Post may take up to 2 weeks for delivery, please refer to their website for more information on terms and delivery. 

3.     You acknowledge that we are not responsible for verifying the authority of the signatory taking receipt of the goods.

4.     All prints are sold unmounted and unframed unless otherwise stated.

5.     We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.


Returns

 

1.     Please email suz@malamoonphoto.com.au if there is any issue with your order.

2.     In the event it has been found that damage to a product as a result of mishandling in transit has occurred, we will send you a replacement. If it's not possible to send you a replacement, we will issue you with a full refund. If the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us by phone +61423984963 (or by email to suz@malamoonphoto.com) within 7 days of receiving order. 

2.     The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were originally dispatched and received by you. All items must be returned with tracking details.

3.     Buyer pays for return postage. Refunds or replacements will be given at the sole discretion of Mala Moon Photography & Art and will be credited to the original charged account within 30 days of receipt of the damaged items. 

4.     Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds and exchanges for change of mind.
